Yes, it'll just run both at 2666Mhz. In your case, you just want to buy whichever one is cheaper as you'll derive no benefit from 3200Mhz memory.

If a laptop came with 2666Mhz memory, how do you determine before making the purchase if it'll even run at 3200Mhz if you upgraded to 3200Mhz memory?

What wiffle meant by his reply is that this deal is for SODIMM 260 pin (laptop) memory and will not work for your HP workstations which is ddr4 288-pin memory.
