Sure, bad deal for Costco members, but not everyone's a Costco member. And I just checked -- Costco's out of stock (online, anyway).

Nice deal over at Woot. These are new, not refurbished/open box. Currently $349 at the Google Store. Only downside looks like the warranty -- 90 days Woot warranty, presumably no Google warranty.
