Got one today. It was $49.99. In-store only.
Just have to ask them or look around. In my town, people don't go to costco to buy games so it was in corner of the store. Non popular items section.

I was so excited for this game and then I played the beta... What a let down, decent single player but I will hold off for a sale. This will be 30 or lower at black Friday.
