Most devices that can use the Plex app can stream through Vudu, Netflix, Prime, etc. I just bought the 4K UHD Blu-ray of GITS and the disc has all languages.

They aren't a one to one correlation, but film is generally about 6k resolution so anything made before digital cameras were standard in the film industry can be scanned in 4k (or more) and look...

High quality 35mm film at ISO 100 is about the equivalent of 20 Megapixels. 4K is about 8 Megapixel. I don’t know much about movie film formats and what ISO or general quality of film was used...
