What I did was to go back to all laptops listing, find this one again and then add it to cart. It then worked for me and I was able to check out.

I think dell rep gave wrong information. There is no way an Inspiron 5000 have 300 nits and 72% NTSC (99% sRGB) screen. This color accurate screen is available with some upper 7000 series models.
