Keep it out of a bag or in a pocket with keys. Also keep it out of the sun, noticed that UV does something to the adhesive that sticks the silicone to the base plastic.

Get the zero lemon case alot cheaper and works great. Not sure on this case but Zero lemon case has a button to turn on and off to charge phone so it's never always 100%

Not sure about keeping ur phone on all the time but yes charging to 100% is not ideal. Many say charge 40-80% but i personally do 30-85
