While you are responsible for obtaining all the the entry requirements, I believe you are the airlines responsibility if you still manage to show up in another country without sufficient entry...

If you have chase points, you can book similar flights for around the same price with no change fees. I think they let you change at least until end of 2020. Great deal OP!
