Yeah, it is limited by time and store location. Luckily the stores I shop at are all include. Turn around is 4ish weeks from entering the info until you get the gift card in the mail.

Be aware that Home Depot only does this at some, not all, stores. You can download the list of stores that match the 11%. Likely those locations which also have a Menards store as local competition....

Dang, even with processing fee, $5 for loppers is cheaper than buying used on marketplace or
