500 nits panel is not a good one. 400 nits non touch panel is much better and a little bit more color accurate

This laptop is primarily designed for business use. 400 nits panel is good enough for your use case. Also 4750U is as fast as 4600h which is faster than Intel 9750h, I'm not even talking about...

You will probably be connecting it to the several displays. Both encoding and driving more than one display needs extra gpu power. So in your case using a dgpu is a better choice.
