Division 2 is much better for PVE content. PVP sucks, and it might be one of the worst games to ever PVP in.
But they took everything good about PVE in Div1, and improved it in Div2.

If you got Division 1 from the recent freebie then absolutely grab this for $5, it's worth it. Personally I hated Survival (I know, I'm in the minority), but I loved Underground.
