Looking at the manual for both. Uno has 3 temp to select and plus has 4. If you are that picky about your coffee, I think any nespresso machine should not be in your options.

Hmm, I think you somehow looked at the wrong manual for the Plus. It has 11 milk temperature settings and 8 milk texture settings, compared to 3 each for the Uno. That's a pretty sizable difference
