I prefer tiger balm. Monkey holding white peach balm. I even found a great one at my dollar tree that is has stronger ingredients. This stuff is good but for the money there is better.

We found the gel to be more effective. Only benefit of the roll on is you eliminate the dangers of touching private areas without getting ALl the gel off your fingers....not pleasant.
