Good for printing on t-shirts? Will the ink not last on tshirts?

This deal for $155, is still good: https://slickdeals.net/f/14282945-creality3d-ender-3-3d-printer-155?src=SiteSearchV2_SearchBarV2Algo1 I purchased one four days ago, and it showed up yesterday....

This doesn't look to have a self-leveling bed. I will never buy another 3d printer without one. I spend more time leveling and re-leveling the bed than I do printing. Sucks all the fun out of it.

What would I use this for?

Although it's $12 more than this deal, and no prime shipping (takes 3-4 days), creality themselves also have it on sale, and this printer is still more than worth the asking price. Also, you may...

It's about Average sale price. If you have a few more dollars buy the pro version for the much needed upgrades. V2 E3 is ok.

Yes, good deal. I own this Sainsmart version, zero complaints. Love it

Docmalc, I'm new to 3d printing and would like to get in there. How should I start? Should I skip this deal and get the Ender 3 Pro? Aside from the Ender, is 3d printing an expensive hobby? I have...

Has anyone used a laser etcher with one of these. I was able to get the laser ordered a couple days ($49) ago from US stock before it went out of stock. I don't don't the way it attaches, but I'm...

Definitely not this. It would require a lot of adult supervision to start with but I think a 9 year old could easily learn and take it over. But are you willing to learn how to do it all until...

CNC FTW Unless you plan on selling, they are hard to get a decent ROI but the things I'm able to do with it including jigs for woodworking is amazing. It's defidently the next evolution in the...

This guy is 100% correct, and I can also confirm the same, considering I also have a print farm running both pro's and this one. Yes, the magnetic bed is not that great, and there really is nothing...

What is the strongest material these will print?

Good price. I bought the pro and the only two things I still have on it are the hot end sock and power supply. Everything else has been upgraded (it's a rabbit hole). Incidentally, you can flash...

I have an e3 mini v1.3 on my first machine. Waiting on the e3 mini v2 with tft-touch v3 to come in for the new machine. I planned to keep it stock but forgot about no bootloader on the new stock...

I can respect your opinion. I'm very technical. Upgraded my computer to 16KB of ram at age 13, pulling all eight DIPP modules with chip puller, and replacing them. Been more complex stuff since...

There is no such thing as a deal on a 3d printer. The entire consumer market reached commodity pricing years ago. You literally get what you pay for. All of the Chinese printers have 10-15%...

So without prior knowledge of 3d printing at all, you learned what and how to install a bootloader by accessing the mobo pins, the difference between stock and Marlin, 3rd party firmware and editing...

Confused - is or is not good deal?

Given an upgraded extruder, hot end and nozzle you can print from PLA to Carbon Fiber and everything in between. Completely stock I would say just PLA and PETG... Maybe TPU WITH an upgraded nozzle...

I agree.... and then do you need a CAD program, what materials, what upgrades, etc.? And then of course, you are going to want a CNC machine; one for wood and one for metal with maybe a plasma cutter...

I must have missed all those deals for an Ender 3 in the $150 range. I've been watching since March 2020 and this is the lowest that I've seen it. Pre-Covid ... sure. Recently though? I would...

For a print farm printing duplicates, mass production stls, I can see an Ender 3. But for someone's first and only printer, no way. And sure, Prusa is the way to go no doubt... But you're...

Good for you buddy! Your story resembles mine and I'm sure most others who got started by tinkering in the garage... still am! I think you are spot on as well. Please, take it from a guy who...

Yep. But anyone asking about if an Ender 3 non-pro is a good buy would have no idea about flashing firmware much less to even know what thermal runaway is

There are too many comments suggesting a Pro model over this. I own a print farm with a mix of pro and this model. The pro's magnetic bed stinks. Whatever printer you get replace it with a sheet of...

95% of 3d printers require some resilience of troubleshooting and setting up. Prusa is about the only printer that comes very close to plug and play with a few minute setup...that is assuming you...

Prusa is ~$750. And it has two Y-axis motors to prevent slippage, and all the important frame parts are made out of rust resistant metal. gosh, that hot end looks like a cheap $12 nozzle, on the...

Ridiculous price, especially if it comes with the newer 32-bit board. I'm pretty sure it has thermal runout protection, the SainSmart Ender 3 I bought last year had it.

Creality isn't really the brand for a click, set and forget type print experience. You'd have to jump into a much higher price point for that. I get your frustration though. I got it,...

Agreed. Your comment was probably downvoted by people who make money off posting affiliate codes. Wish this site would monitor that.
