I think the finger device would be more accurate. It’s more gimmicky just like ecg you might use it once or twice and the never use it again.

Depends what you want. I’ve used ecg twice in two years in my four. The 5 has always on screen, just not as bright as six.
I’d personally wait for this to hit sub $300.

If you don't really care for the blood oxygen level sensor, you can save $150 for a series 5 which is pretty much the same thing as the series 6. It also has the always on screen

The SE does not have ECG feature at all. If you want ECG you have to go for the series 4, 5 or 6.
