What are you doing that you use 1 gallon a month? I live about 1 mile from the ocean and I very rarely (probably once a year) have to refill my washer fluid. I also live in an area that gets snow.

The only deference between the green and orange Rain-X is the orange is made up with about 38% methanol, so it doesn't freeze. All the other ingredients are the same.

Just go to the dollar store if you want the crappy above 32 degree stuff. This is very dangerous to use if you live in a place with actual seasons and forget to use it up/add lower temp stuff.
