I love Cooks Illustrated. Side note - they have the best instructions for reheating leftover pizza. Ive tried many variations and theirs is the best.

They can be helpful. Unfortunately, the internet is full of crappy recipe websites and blogs. It's amazing how many people think they can cook great and end up posting crap recipes.
