Correct me if I'm wrong, but an LG 4k 43" TV at $250 is a better deal with a higher resolution (PPI). As long as the cable is 4k and 60hz it works great as an extended monitor.... which is what I use...

The cable must be 18gb but also the computer needs a hdmi 2.0 port, or a display port to hdmi 2.0 adapter. Most laptops from 2018 and earlier have hdmi 1.4 ports.
