All depends on where you shop I guess. We stop in the local CVS store once a week or two, so it's no harder than printing out the barcode and having the cashier scan it.

OP needs to specify in title that this is a 'first time' deal. The title field allows a lot of characters - use them to make the title as informative as possible.
