All depends on what your budget is. Rebel T8i, 70D or 80D are good cameras. For lenses, it all depends. For night shots, you'll need to get a lens that has low aperture f1.8, f2.8 or f4 at its max....

you dont want to be adapting lenses for something like bird photography since adapters slow down the autofocus, especially for the M line which is about to go extinct.
