Definitely, but it does happen, I think especially when shipping halfway across the world. I'm 1 for 2 on shipping from Zavvi. One arrived in perfect condition, one was smashed (this set, actually).

Yes, they do ship and provide with tracking number. If there are any issues with the shipping though, you are on your own.
