I don’t think those qualify to be on here to be honest. Most people on this site are looking for discounts. Not just items that are good value to begin with

It improves performance. If you want to use it for bulk storage, why even getting PCIe SSD? M.w SATA SSAD 1TB is available at $78 from Team Group.

I think you are not aware that M.2 SSD can be either PCIe NVMe or SATA III. I was referring the Team Group M2. SATA III SSD which is selling at $78....

Really good drive for those that need single sided. Bought a SX8200 Pro for my Thinkpad but the drive will only fit if it is slightly bent. Replaced with this and noticed no difference in...

According to that review, the MSRP for this drive is $99, so that would mean this isn't actually a deal at all. EDIT: Looked at some other retailers and it looks like this is currently around $119...

Even with the $30 off coupon the other day at Amazon, the Rocket 1TB I got was still $119.

And when was that? ;) eta: July 4th 2019. It hasn't been below $120 since Nov. 5th 2019.

i am aware it is DRAM less, it does not make a huge difference in benchmarks and in fact, beats several other SSDs with DRAM.. it uses other method to achive the same purpose and most people will be...

Then why are you claiming that it is faster than This one? And Windows 10 boot time is not really a measure of PCIe SSD performance; even a basic PCIe NVMe SDD will give you same performance for...

Can wd sn750 1tb on this price? Or Sabrent rocket 1TB?
Post #140538068 added 09-21-2020 12:09 AM by scub in Deal Talk
because it is a bit faster on read by 200MB/s? anyway, go read the review posted, because it for its price, it fairs pretty well against others that cost more..

And it has full encryption/security suite like the top-tier drives from Samsung, Crucial. and Intel.

There are multiple deals posted here with MSRP and made it to Popular and FP. In fact, I have given the example of the Acer Swift 3 Laptop with Ryzen 7 4700U. The MSRP is $669.99 and with that price...

Neither SN750, nor Sabrent Rocket 1TB, available at this price. They are at least $30 costlier at this time. You will mostly get DRAM less SSDs like Intel 665P or the WD SN550 or The SABRENT Rocket Q...

Just because yuou have purchased SN550 does not make it faster than this. SN550 is the value series DRAM less SSD which means it does not have any Ram for caching and instead relies on the System Ram...

Post #140537462 added 09-20-2020 10:57 PM by Suryasis in Deal Talk
Even if the price is MSRP, sometimes that's still be considered as deal if the price is really competitive to start with. For example, the Acer Swift 3 laptop with Ryzen 7 4700u is priced at $670 and...

I have both. From a performance standpoint, the PNY CS3030. If you need the encryption/security features (like TCG OPAL), A2000 is the best value to get full security suite.

i bought a 1TB WD SN550 for $95 about a week ago.. it's a bit faster than this and double the IOPS, so i think there are definitely better deals to be had.

Post #140659001 added 09-25-2020 8:05 AM by Suryasis in Deal Talk
Actually it was long back and I actually purchased two of them. Amazon used to run lightning deals on SABRENT SSDs regularly. I was even able to fetch their Rocket 1TB external SSD at $99.
