I don't know about Amazon's exact rules, but all P-EBT cards are issued under the minor child's name. So either they will have to allow the name mismatch or the Prime account will need to be opened...

the asset test is state based. many states have eliminated the asset test.cars are generally not assets for snap. there is no penalty for applying, the oc should apply if they think they may qualify....
