The one from your link is an older product and it is a regular plastic case while the product in this deal is a steel book case. The artwork on the steelbooks look nicer compared to regular blue ray...

If all BluRays are DVDs, then at least some DVDs are BluRays. Also, where did you learn that from? Nothing I was able to find online suggests that's the case.

I believe the digital copy redeems on Funimation's site. One benefit with Funimation is you have the option to watch with the original Japanese audio track, and you can toggle English subtitles...
