Just purchased a couple. They do not scan the SIM card number, so there’s no way to have them only valid for 90 days after purchase. They must be valid for some time longer than 90 days

No, there was already a 90 day limit. I called them and they assured me I could use it to renew my existing plan, and I was able to do that.

I dont think it can be use to refill. When I buy it, cashier cannot activate. Must come back for tech station activate it. So, the plan lock with SIM ICCID. Not like ebay they give you seperate SIM...

I called customer service and she said you could top up using this card as long as it is not expired. One of the cards I bought was expired and she replaced it by sending a new card for free.
