I chatted with support and they insisted I could not use my second kit to renew. I ended up porting out to avoid losing my number and will return when I'm ready for another 90d of RP.

The plan is good through the renewal date listed in your redpocket account page. Service was out the day after, so I had to switch to the next card. No problem with activation

You must of had incorrect clearance stickers on yours just like I had on mine 2.99$ but electronics dept could not do price adjustment at his register I still took them at $15 each

Yeah customer service is pretty good compared to the other cheap mvno services like H20 and the TracFone family.
