Yah HDR is pretty bad on teh 4 series but thats due to low brightness. I just turned HDR off in the secret menu and love the 4k on it .

It doesn't appear to be any better than my 2017 Sharp 1080p (despite also being made by Hisense). It does well with blacks, but anything white has a halo/blurry effect.
