Sadly RCA is the absolute bottom of the bucket these days. I'll take the TCL or Sceptre for a few bucks more every day. Hell even Onn brand.

Pretty cheap tv, and I like that it has component input. I can’t find much info on this rtu6549, but the sceptre with android tv built in is not much more money. ...

According to the listing the manufacturer is CURTIS INTERNATIONAL LTD...so...yeeeaaah. For what it’s worth I bought a 55” RCA 4K set a few years back and the picture was fine. The power supply...
