Save the money to get a mesh or wifi adapter for pc. This is for something less than 10mb speed. The signal degree a lot. But it’s handy for the device that don’t have wifi.

garbage product. Don't plan to use unless you don't use a treadmill or blender, as both will bring the powerline transmission to a halt. You could use plug conditioners, but adds to cost. Use MoCA

I can run those cables myself, but I'd want the cables to run inside the walls, which will likely require a drywall specialist if I didn't wanna go crazy with all the unsightly cable conduits.

Pretty out-dated device. I have retired my gigabit powerline adapters recently and this AV600 is about the same I use before I got the gigabit ones. They are problematic if you are trying to use them...
