I'd second both of these.
I had powerline adapters for YEARS. Until I got the 2000 mbps one, I couldn't do any real video playback through my home network (and by that I mean MKV files off a NAS...

Save the money to get a mesh or wifi adapter for pc. This is for something less than 10mb speed. The signal degree a lot.
But it’s handy for the device that don’t have wifi.

So just like powerline adapters, these are also auto switching correct? Like I can hook up 3 or more of them, as long as the coax are connected to splitters right?

garbage product. Don't plan to use unless you don't use a treadmill or blender, as both will bring the powerline transmission to a halt. You could use plug conditioners, but adds to cost.
Use MoCA

I can run those cables myself, but I'd want the cables to run inside the walls, which will likely require a drywall specialist if I didn't wanna go crazy with all the unsightly cable conduits.

Great for places where wifi can't reach although I'd advise going with the newer 2000mbps adapters.
