We went back in 2008 and paid $700 per night for an overwater bungalow. If you go, this is the only place you should stay. It’s life changing to experience bora bora sleeping over the crystal clear...

To be honest, the biggest discount i've seen is with Hilton Moorea. Expedia, booking.com etc shows the overwater bungalows at $1,500 or so and on Amex travel or CSR, it shows the overwaters at $700...

I believe you need to test neg for COVID three days days before arriving. The hard part is finding a place that can give you results within 3 days before you get to the islands.
