Clarifying the 6 month portion. In order to unlock it then, I must use the phone on PRE paid for 6 months. (I can't use att pre paid for 1 month, and att post paid for 5 months). No deal :/

It was one day and in store only. So they had to have it in stock and had to have a third party cellular rep who activated phones. So if they went home at say 6 and you came at 6:01 you were SOL....

As far as getting the phone for $50 yes. There was a sale and promo that stacked to get that price. Walmart figured out that they made a mistake and lowered the activation promo from $200 to $100. So...

I believe so. Cricket and Red Pocket both use at&t towers. Cricket is pretty much at&t..... You can use at&t locked phones with cricket but you can't do it the other way around.
