Yes, the biggest problem I see with purchasing these coin batteries is that a lot of them are fake stuff. At least we have some confidence that the ones from Costco are real.

Yes. I saw these at Fremont CA Costco. It expires 2030 so you can get 10 year shelf life. I already have these batteries; otherwise would have bought them.

these dont do great in storage, and 12 is really a lot. You are better off just buying 5 now and 5 again in 2-3 years.
