Three I ordered just came. Two are still attached to previous owners. I called ring support and they said the best way to solve the issue was TO RETURN THEM BACK TO AMAZON. What a crock of shlt.

Got gen 2 and gen 3, night vision and video quality is much better on 3rd gen. The fov is better on 2nd gen but night vision was horrible, returned it and got 3rd gen
