Ordered 2 of these. Have had the Ring Doorbell for a few years and generally has worked well. Hoping no issues with them being refurbished

Three I ordered just came. Two are still attached to previous owners. I called ring support and they said the best way to solve the issue was TO RETURN THEM BACK TO AMAZON. What a crock of shlt.

I bought one last week for 79.99. Contacted Amazon for price drop refund, but they refused. Any other way to get the better price aside from return-rebuy?

Battery version doesn't have PoE. I know, I bought one last week and it just arrived. Only the wired version (without battery) has PoE.

I agree it will be case by case. For my case, the long ladder is always needed to access the camera.

Haven't heard the word hub in a while! You do need a (Wifi) router to have any practical use of it - live view and/or Cloud storage.
