Big complaints seem to be due to keyboard being fragile. They switch power connector to micro-usb which disconnects / breaks.

That's a travesty to pair TrackPoint with garbage chiclet keys. Fortunately I still have my mid-90s TrackPoint mechanical keyboard, and a new MSI Tomahawk WiFi motherboard with a PS/2 port!

That had been IBM Thinkpad laptops for many many years when they were the best in class laptop. You knew it's Thinkpad when you saw the red nipple. And many users prefer that over trackpad.
