You are incorrect. This is for both in store and online purchases. Just add to you target account and you can use in store.

Tried. No, it definitely does not work in store. It only works for in-store pickup and shipping, which you have to order online anyway. The coupon shows that as well. Store associate think so too.

Answering my own question. The $50 or $100 mark is set for good. Only if your toys are over either mark, discount will be taken.
