I returned mine after 6 months because they were only lasting about an hour. Might give them a try again since the newest update has new battery management that is supposed to only charge to 80%...

The sale is over but the normal price for applecare thru the Costco website is 22.99. When the sale was on, you were able to buy it for 11.50.

Decided to still get Applecare Plus for them. It's only $11 extra and I can swap them in a year for a battery replacement when the die. Its probably unnecessary since Costco will take them back in...
