This doesn’t even compare to a M12. It’s just a old reliable drill. Before the M12 there was “corded” stuff. Nothing beats a old plug in on stand by.

Exactly. It will drill holes through sheetrock. Maybe a real soft wood like cedar fence pickets. But fir studs (which are a fairly soft wood) will be difficult if not impossible. Not much else.
