I’d go for aluminum pans instead, the nonstick will eventually peel and get stuck on your breads or whatever you’re making.

I have the Farberware bread pans. I bake with them 2-3 times per week and have had them a year. They're still working really well.

What size do you use for brownies? I use an 8" x 8" square pan but I can't imagine brownies not working well with most other cake pans like the square and circle pans listed in this post.

A lot of the non-stick is now ceramic instead of Teflon. No health concern with ceramic.

i've been using an 8 inch all stainless steel frying pan, lol. its all i have in that size, and i did not want non-stick for health reasons. i might get a pyrex glass pan.

thats even a bigger concern for me, as my le crueset pots and pans are definitely not non-stick.i wonder what they put in that ceramic to make it non-stick?
