Exactly what you just said, for some 14mm or 12mm or 15mm works, I think 18mm will not disappoint you. what do you use your camera for anyway?

I bought the Tamron 20/2.8. I didn’t know about this lens, but that probably would have been the better option. It’s a great deal, repped.

It allows you to use apsc mode on full frame Sony camera to get more reach. on the a7iii the MP drops to 10MP when using super 35/apsc mode.
