The single 8gb 2666 MHz RAM makes that even worse. There's literally nothing salvageable in this tower regarding easy upgrade paths. New PSU if you upgrade the GPU for sure.

Absolutely. It should do fine on most AAA titles on lower settings. Look up gameplay with the 1650 and see what people run on the game you are interested in playing. The cpu will have no problems!

Yes, but most people who are buying this system aren't going to likely constantly try to upgrade. For $500 or $600, it's entry level gaming. Otherwise you'd go to a RTX2080+.
