Yeah, that collection will be launching next summer and wouldn't be surprised if it will probably be $30 a film so at a minimum $179 but probably closer to $229 or more based on the price of this...

4K set will be cool, but I'm not interested in this deal just because I have all the extended versions with the Hobbit trilogy in 3D. I know 3D isn't cool anymore, but the Hobbit trilogy is so good...

I did end up buying this. For $100, worth it. Great point about the 4k set coming out next year. I imagine it may be a few years before the full UHD set is similarly priced on sale.
