Actually I use cheaper Verizon TF service, more reliable than GSM in my location. Would never pay regular Verizon rates either since unlimited is a waste of $$ for me these days, use GV a lot.

These US models are not dual SIM. The international model, the G8 power is dual SIM, iirc, and may be a little cheaper. Do not get though, unless you understand what you are buying.

I'm coming from a G6 and find the G Power to be plenty speedy. I don't notice any lag like I did on my G6. It all depends on your use. I don't game on my phone. I just use it for day to day apps.

That is CDMA only right (only can be used with Verizon and Sprint's network). A lot of the prepaid carriers drop the other bands not on their network for their versions of the phone to lower costs
