I had the same issue, the audio jack snapped in a few weeks (yes my son is hard on things). I didn't expect them to break that quick. I knew they would, just not that quick.

I can confirm this. My son rolled over his cord and jacked it up and the headset is no longer usable becase the cord is built into the headphone. It is NOT removable/replaceable.

Personally I like this better than the HS60. I kind of have a big head and I am able to wear either for about for 4 hours at a time before I need to remove it. I think the mic on this one is better...
