I find that Windows 10 runs fine with only 4GB RAM. The TOUCHSCREEN is the feature to buy this for. It will be hard to find another for this price, if it is important to you.

4gb is fine as a second computer, not as your main though. I still use my surface pro 2 with 4 gigs when I travel and can run Photoshop on it fine. Definitely not as my main, I would lose my mind.
