The Antec Neo Classic is made by Channel Well, not a very good brand. On this PSU line is on the PSU tier D list, it's recommended only for "cheap, iGPU systems" builds.

Antec used to be a reputable power supply company. They may very well still be. I have 2 eco 520’s I bought like 10 years ago (as I recall, they were rebadged Seasonics?) for like $25 each. One...

I like full modular. But I do not hate this kind of old design. I do not have to find a place to save those cables.

According to this. The neo eco is seasonic so this is a super strong buy for me https://whirlpool.net.au/wiki/psu_manufacturers

Do not cheap out on a power supply. A failure can take our other components with it. I've made some budget rigs but I stick with very reputable power supplies to protect my investment.

My 550W Antec power supply that I bought 10+ years ago for the first gen intel i7 build is still going strong for my 9th gen i3 build today.

It’s good to see rebates coming back to PSUs and other pc components. Hopefully this is a sign of more price cuts on the way.

They're a Japanese company... they have to be good. I'm more turned off by the fact I'm buying this from Newegg. I hate dealing with their customer service reps and always have issues with...

Had a two Antec PSUs in the past 5 years. Both of them died (no power) after about 2-3 years of normal usage. They are not as durable and they don’t last like my other EVGA and Corsair PSUs.

Any of you ever had a PSU die when connected to a UPS? I keep all my systems on UPS for 25 years and never had a PSU die. Computers at work without a UPS had PSUs die.

The deal is dead. But for what it is worth, I'd like to update my review. The NeoEco 650 is not built as nice as my old 620 9+ years ago. The 620 has nylon sheath on all the wires. That looks nice...
