Pretty Okay deal on the 4 bulbs since it comes with the hub (which you'll need if it's the first time you're using hue bulbs at home. These bulbs don't and never will come cheap. It's a premium bulb...

Hue is over priced... Buy basic chinese lights off of Amazon... A set of 4 colored are around 40$ no hub needed. I got 4 whites for 25$ and 2 colored for 20$, work perfectly with Alexa or Google home
