I just measured mine. It's 9.5" from the floor to the top of the side rails. The actual deck is maybe 0.5" lower. This is with the unit set to 0% incline.

This thing is HEAVY. Once you negotiate it to where you want it, it’s fairly simple to assemble, but even careful was the bolts fit the threads quite loosely, and it’s easy to strip the threads.

That is the T101 and it is a very shitty model that wobbles a lot! Also the deck length is too small in my opinion and the motor is underpowered. Stay away.

You have to do this before assembling it. open the box and take one item at a time. Most heavy is the treadmill's bed but I think 2 (or 3) adults can easily handle it.
