Probably won't change much. The reading speed is the limiting factor. I ripped 115 GB in 1.5 hours. You probably need to use handbrake to downsize the file for Plex. Most wifi speed just aren't fast...

good point. it actually does half the res as the final video file is still 1920x1080 (960x1080 per eye i reckon) and the end file is like 6-8gb...very very manageable if you want to slap it onto sd...
