They don't equate to the dumbbells per se. Resistance band and the training are about wearing u down over time. Maybe u might be olympian level but these things can be extremely hard.. like doing...

If you work out at home get these. I bought the same set at full price at the start of COVID. The bands work well once you figure out exercises to do with them but there was a decent learning curve...
