I too ordered and feel they are more breathable than KN95 masks, but the Medium/Large is too small for me. My wife uses them and adds a paper filter in the sleeve.

I use these as my backup running mask - they’re fine except for the lack of a nose wire - quite breathable. FYI Best running mask I’ve tried so far are made by Outdoor Research.
