Test performance in games, and you won't see that big difference, also undervolt your GPU if you didn't. Full AMD PC should be pretty hot by default.

i have a g5 with 1060, 8750h. It is a toaster. It over throttles when gaming. It is only good when it is on its cooling pad. All bios updates are the same and never fixed the heat problem.
