I have the Versa 2 and the sync issue is terrible on iPhone and Fitbit has zero answers. I’m going to move on and abandon this garbage company. If you use an iPhone NEVER buy the Versa line.

Buying fitbit with a credit card that comes with extended warranty (any of the freedoms) helped me get past the one year warranty when my versa 2 failed on me. They're quality is not super stable IMO...

FWIW — Fitbit Charge 2 was robust, simple, and enduring for 2-3 yrs usage. The Fitbit Charge 3 was the biggest P.0.S. I’ve ever owned (replaced 2x by Fitbit).
